Will I get a seat for petroleum engineering with 65 marks in JEE mains and 70% in class 12th?

First of all you have to mention whether you have appeared in CBSE or state board exams. Also it depends on which category you fall(general, OBC, SC or ST). However it is nearly impossible to say if you will get petroleum because as of now neither all India rank is available neither ACPC rank.
