Will I get a seat in B.Arch course as I have got 235 marks in paper 2 and my rank is 3904 (open) and 986 (OBC-NCL)?
Where will I get my seat? Is OBC rank considered for seat allotment in B.Arch courses?

Yes, definitely you will get a seat to pursue B.Arch under OBC quota.

But I have not got any seat in first two rounds of counselling.

Sorry but your rank is too high because above 300 marks are required to get admission for B.Arch in NITs. So, you should try for private colleges.
