Will I get a seat in NIT Srinagar ECE or IT in any of the rounds if I didnot get a seat in first round? My ST rank is 5000 in JEE Mains.

If you do not get any seat in first round then there are chances for you to get in next round if some one who had get seat left it out in next round.
