Will I get admission abroad without IELTS or any other exam if I am diploma engineer?

Hello Vishvesh,
If you want to invest in a reputed university, then you must the entrance exam. IELTS or TOEFL are English language tests and are mandatory for any foreign university. Some universities can waive it off, if you have a good profile. SAT or GRE exam will depend on where you want to apply.
