Will I get admission? Did my graduation last year but have a backlog in last semester Overall I have 59%.

Sorry to inform you can not get admission till you do not complete your graduation.If you want admission you complete your graduation with all paper clear with in 3rd week of July. Then you have to get your provisional certificate or a letter from the head of your institution that you have completed
