The seat allocation happens based on the score of the student in JEE mains. Higher the score higher the chances of getting an admission

You may not get seats in IIT NIT. But you may get seats in good branch in other colleges. -
yes u will get admission but not in IIT'S and NIT'S u hav to choose some private universities.
