You should apply for DTU as it has a majority of seats for Delhi students. So, go for it.

Hopefully you can get admission in NITs and GFTs on this score. you must have attend the JOSSA counselling and with properly seat filling. for this you must attend the Mock Counselling two days before the main counselling Good Luck.

Yes, you have good chances for NITs and IITs. Go through JEE Mains counseling. Keep patience if you don't get any college in the 1st round for your choice of branches, you can also get a college in the 2nd round. But in 130 marks, top branches in top NITs are not a sure shot. Best of luck!

Yes, you will, but don't just stick to government colleges in or near Delhi. Make out a list of all government colleges in India.

    Hi,
Yes, you can manage to get a seat in government college but go for JCA counselling (common for DTU, NSIT and IIIT Delhi).

You can get admission in DTU, but I think the branch will not be desired and also in NIT - Delhi. Also, you are eligible to get admission in other NIT and IIIT. You can also look for admission in top GFTI.
