Will I get admission in any govt college I have 89% in CBSE and 130 in jee mains (general category) and I am from Delhi ? Please help me

Yes, you have good chances for NITs and IITs. Go through JEE Mains counseling. Keep patience if you don't get any college in the 1st round for your choice of branches, you can also get a college in the 2nd round. But in 130 marks, top branches in top NITs are not a sure shot. Best of luck!
