Will I get admission in Canadian Universities for MBA? I have 6 years of work experience in stock exchange.
I have scored 45% in BA and decided to pursue one year PGDM from India in order to get admission for MBA in Canada.

I am afraid, but 45% is too low for any foreign university. Check the options in your home country first. You may also drop an email to some Canadian universities. A very good GMAT score may help and if you have something extraordinary in your profile, your grades won't matter much.

Yes, they do consider PDGM. Do well in your academics.
