Hello, I hope you are doing well. No, you are not able to get Devi Ahilya college with 59 marks in JEE. You need to be atleast clear the cutoff to make your eligible count. This marks only enables you to get into top private colleges. You can go for Acropolis 1 with this marks. You can also try for Medicaps university.
