Will I get admission in IIM if I don't have any work experience?

Hi there, Admission in IIMs has nothing to do with your work experience as it is not needed at all. What is needed at best is your CAT score then your communications skills in GD and PI. So, sit back and relax. You need to focus on subjects for entrance to score a good percentile and then prepare well for GD and PI.

Nothing is necessary in this world, it's just about how you accept it and move forward. Having work experience and being a fresher have their own advantages and disadvantages so it does't make much difference. Yes, the work experience people might come up with a solution to a problem they have actually faced in their work life by the same can be done by a fresher if they are avid readers. Yes, you can get into an IIM if you don't have work experience a good every year are freshers and if the interviewer finds you fit, you'll have a very good chance. Talking about placements, there are. Many companies who prefer work experience people but there are many who prefer freshers as well. So, it is not something thought upon.
