First of all, students from any part of India can get admission in Jadavpur University through WBJEE. No West Bengal domicile is required.
West Bengal domicile is required only to avail the reserved seats for various caste groups. If you belong to a specific reserved group and do not have a West Bengal domicile then you would have to compete through your general rank if you want to get a seat at Jadavpur University.
For the general category students, it is as much open to any other state student as it is to a West Bengal domiciled student. So, just get a good rank in the WBJEE and get admitted to Jadavpur University.
