Will I get admission in NSIT or DTU? Am I eligible and will OBC candidates get any relaxation?
NSIT and DTU are state universities and their eligibility is 60% or more in class 12th. I have scored 198 in JEE Mains 2017 and 71% in boards 2016. I come under OBC category.

Go and see the eligibility criteria on their website. There, you can find the minimum board percentage for admission. As you are saying it is given 75% for general, so it is also applicable for OBC too.
