Yes, you can appear in JAC counseling for getting admission in these colleges.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission :
Passed Class 12th with Mandatory Subjects : Mathematics, Physics
Candidate must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subject along with any one of Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational Subject as optional subject securing
