My rank is 2563 from OBC category in JEE Mains paper 2.

    Yes, you have a fairly good chance with the above mentioned score to get a seat in category Quota.

    Your rank in JEE Main paper 2 is very good and your chance to admission in SPA Vijayawada is very high, so you should stay in the counselling procedure.
