Will i get admission in UKRAINE or in country like GERMANY with 79 percent marks in 12th standard

I was a science student. I SCORED 80% in 10th (CBSE) and scored 79% marks in 12th with PCB (CBSE). I now want to study MBBS from a country with lowest fees system like UKRAINE or GERMANY. What else is the procedure for the admission in MBBS except TOEFL or IELTS?
