Will I get an NIT in any stream with 103 marks in JEE Mains 2017 and 70010 rank?

I have passed class 12 in 2015 with 92% in CBSE Board.

    Your chances are very less, I can say that there is no chance.
    It depends on your luck too and you may only get seat in last NITs like NIT Mizoram, Jammu and Kashmir, manipur.
    You may get only in far NITs and that too, you have less chances and I can't guarantee you about it.
