Will I get any concession through VITEEE? What is the cutoff rank and mark for CSE in Vellore branch?

Basically, there is no concession available based on VITEEE rank. Only state toppers are provided with full fee waiver. And also VIT has a scheme called STAR Students only for Tamil Nadu students. Two toppers (1 boy, 1 girl) from each district of Tamil Nadu are directly admitted into VIT with fee waiver. According to the rank secured, you will fall into different categories of fees. Later, a scholarship scheme is available only for economically weaker students. For this you will have to qualify the following conditions: 1) Student should be meritorious and should have scored good GPA continuously. 2) Family income should be less than 1.5 lacs. You will have to provide required documents like income Certificate etc. whas to be approved by the faculty coordinator, programme Chair and Dean. Then it will be forwarded for further scrutiny. 3) I do not know how many students have received this scholarship.
