Will I get any government college? I scored 55 marks in JEE Mains and 73134 OBC-NCL rank with 72.61% in Maharashtra board.

Sorry to say, but you haven't cleared JEE Mains required cutoff. So, there is no way to get any college that gives admission on basis of JEE Mains score in Maharashtra You may get admission in any private college on the basis of class 12th percentage.
