Will I get any scholarship for commercial pilot license (CPL)? I am from OBC category.

Sorry to say Sachin, you never get any scholarship in India because CPL is an expensive course. That's way the government or pilot schools can't give any scholarships, even if you belong to SC/ST category, the chances are very less.
You get a scholarship only in abroad only when you have an excellent academic record.
