Will I get anything in IPU with a rank of 19539 in B.Tech?

If you are resident of Delhi then you can surely get a good branch and a good college under IPU, else the chances are quite negligible. There is reservation for delhiites and last year closing rank for IPU was 22215 for Delhi students and may reach a similar number this year.

You should check opening and closing ranks of the courses offered by IPU. You should also check for second shift seats and also loom for the seats which remain vacant or get vacant at last moments.
