Will I get B.Sc biology ion the third year of B.Sc after taking B.Sc in physics, chemistry, botany or zoology in the first year?

You can either opt for B.Sc. Medical which comprises of Chemistry botany and Zoology or B.Sc. Non Medical which comprises of Physics Chemistry and Maths.
