Will I get Canada's study visa? I've university's offer latter along with enough bank balance but my overall IELTS score was 6.5 (W: 5.5).

Hello,
If you have got the university offer letter, it means you have fulfilled their entry requirements to take admission to that university. So, you definitely get the study visa for Canada. -
If you have University's Offer letter, then that should suffice. Also contact Canada's Embassy and consult them about it. They will guide you better for Visa related queries.
