Will i get canada student visa?

I have passed my 3 year polytechnic diploma in electronics and comm. engg. with 64% overall marks. my 10th class percentage was 78% and my ielts score is 7.0 bands. the problem is that i have passed this diploma with 11 backlogs but i have cleared all those backlogs. the problem of backlogs was due

Backlogs are not a problem in getting a student visa taman. You just have to complete the degree. thats it. You can apply for the visa without any doubt
