Will I get caught if I have 2 passing certificates from 2 different boards in the same academic year?

I'm a CBSE student in class 12th. I have some kind of setting through which I can get an ICSE passing certificate of this academic year itself & my result and roll no. will be shown on ICSE site. Will I get caught or not for having 2 results in 1 year?
