Hello Nagendra,
You cannot get SGSITS College with this percentile. You at least need a minimum of 90 percentile for admission in here.

Hi nagendra, As you have scored 78.6 percentile in JEE Mains exam 2019, so you are eligible to take admission in this college. But getting a seat with this score will be difficult. Although I will suggest you to participate in the counselling process and wait till the last round of the counselling.
