Will I get CSE in Sastra? I got 450 in CBSE board exam and 93 Mark's in JEE exam. I belongs to MBC community of Tamilnadu.

5 years agoSastra won't consider communities but considers under Tamilnadu quota. I am not sure of getting a CSE seat. But try by applying it's all based on how many applied and how many attended counselling. -
The admission process if of two types stream 1 and stream 2 70% of seats are allocated in stream 1 and 30% of seats are allocated in stream 2. there would be no category for castes like obc/sc/st, but there is category for tamilnadu students like trichy, thanjavur, tamilnadu quota. For this year the seats under trichy category has been increased by 30%. So if you belongs to trichy you will get it even if you doesn't belong to the trichy quota you might get it but every thing is based on counselling only wait till then -ALL THE BEST.
