Yes, you can get but Delhi NCR campus is not good.

Yes, you can easily get admission in this college at this rank in the first round of the counselling itself.

Yes, you will get CSE in NCR with this rank. But at present scenario this campus is lacking behind in many aspects. So, being a student here, I suggest you to go with the KTR campus. All the best.

It depends on the number of applicants emerging during the counselling process. In my opinion if you are willing for NCR campus, then you'll get CSE with this rank.
