Yes, you can get but Delhi NCR campus is not good.

Yes, you can easily get admission in this college at this rank in the first round of the counselling itself. -
Yes, you will get CSE in NCR with this rank. But at present scenario this campus is lacking behind in many aspects. So, being a student here, I suggest you to go with the KTR campus.
