Will I get CSE in UPES Dehradoon,I have 106 in JEE mains and 84% in boards.Also belong to General category. Are there any better options ?

yes UPES is a better option but you are eligible for govt. college and also you apply in other universities better than UPES because upes is best for petroleum.

UPES Dehradoon. You can go for other good colleges too like RV, Bangalore.SRM, Chennai Satyabhama, etc as your percentage of marks is very good.
