IEM can't guarantee you a job upon completion of your course. You have to earn it. But, in these 4 years, it will certainly provide you ample opportunities to learn new skills, upgrade yourself and make you job-ready. The placement cell is very active and brings a good number of companies every year. So if you make the best use of the opportunities that the college provides you, then you will definitely get a job.
