    BMS College of Engineering falls under management quota; therefore, a student with PCM in Class 12 with 60 percent and above can apply directly. At 75%, you would be eligible though you would have to apply in the admission office of the college. Direct admission involves no entrance exam, yet the fees are higher. The availability is determined by the seat vacancy in particular branches.
