- You need to complete 12th with 60% (Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry) from recognized board.
- You need to appear in entrance exam.

Why would you want to go for engineering with 40% in maths? please face reality and find what subjects you really like and are good at.

In which exam did you get these marks? You have not clarified this. However, going by the large number of engineering colleges in India, you should get a seat in some college. But may be that you might not be able to get a preferential branch of engineering and a reputed engineering college. I sugge
