If you are unable to pursue regular MBA, then you can pursue MBA through distance learning to get long term career growth.

If you are willing to take a break from your job environment, you are financially sound and are prepared to afford the expenses till the completion of the course, then an AICTE approved regular MBA is always preferable. But if you do not wish to leave your job, then a distance MBA may be preferred.
