You need to call the hotel or visit the hotel wherever you want to do your internship from, connect to the HR department or learning services (many hotels handles interns through HR Dept, a few hotels have learning services which deals with the interns) and fix an interview (either a face to face walk-in interview or on Skype). Mail them your CV and wait for the confirmation, if the HR manager or the learning services manager approves your application you will get the call letter and you can start your internship.
