Experience is not must.At 85 percentile you will get call but conversion is in your hand.

For doing MBA Programme from bits pilani students are shortlisted based on theirCAT/GMAT scores. Such shortlisted candidates will also have to appear for group discussion and personal interview. so cat is not only the criteria for selection there are several other steps which you need to clear. work
