Will i get medical MBBS seat when my rank in KCET is 5700?If i get private college will the fees be same as CET or more?

my medical ranking in KCET is 5700..If so will i get a medical MBBS seat?? incase if i get in some private college will the fees be same as CET or more?? I am from a well-to-do family. Please help me out
