Will I get migration certificate if I have compartment in B.Sc zoology (first year) but want to join MBBS course through AIPMT?

I have dropped after 10+2 and took coaching in Aakash institute. But could not achieve good rank after three years. So, I joined B.Sc Zoology. I have been preparing for medical entrance tests and may get a back paper. Will they provide a migration certificate if I ask for one?
