Will I get my money refunded if I choose to withdraw from UPSEE counseling?

    There is no option to withdraw till first round of counselling.

    They will return after cutting of some amount of money if you choose withdraw. If you are going to take admission in college the fee will be adjusted there. See their brochure. It will be more helpful.
