Will I get my original certificates back if I take admission in a college for MBA or MCA and later discontinue the same due job constraint?

No, if you discontinued in the middle, no college provides it. Just complete your studies or ask your college authorities if they allow to give you only exams so that the job people will allow you to continue to work and studies.
