Will I get rejected in the counselling as my name is incorrect in the entrance exam admit card?

You'll not be rejected. Just enter the same name as it is in your admit card. You'll be rejected if there is a mismatch of names and other details. It would have been better if you changed it during form correction. In future it may because of you inconvenience.
