Will I get salary from 1st year in B.Sc. Nursing?

Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. You can get job after completing the graduation. Nursing and healthcare have taken the center state of the Union Budget for the last couple of years. The Salary of B.Sc. Nursing graduates in government Hospitals starts from INR 24,000 initially. This figure goes up to INR 60,000 to 65,000 per month depending on the experience. The grade pay ranges between INR 4,000 to INR 6,000 depending on the state government. In Private Hospitals, the salary of B.Sc. Nursing graduates starts from INR 10,000. After 2 to 3 years to experience, the salary increases to INR 25,000 or above. The pay increases with promotion as Nurse Managers get paid more than INR 50,000 in Private hospitals in India. No one gets salary in the first year of B.Sc. Nursing or even in the 2nd, 3rd or 4th year. Only after completion of the four year undergraduate course will you be eligible for an internship mostly offered by the college you study in. After that some colleges tell you to do a bond of atleast one year in mission hospital especially colleges like CMC Vellore and Cmc Ludhiana and top christian medical institutes. Others set you free to apply for a job anywhere you wish to work.

Then you will get a chance of internship in which you build your ability and then you got experience letter or Certificate from the Institute in which you completed your degree. Then you will apply for the job and get salary. You have a chance to get scholarship from the government. The name of the scholarship is Transunion cibil renewal for girls pursuing scholarship. The total amount you will get is 40k Only girls are eligible for this scholarship. Eligiblitiy. Income less than 10Lakh per annum. No fee for application form.
