Will I get the basic knowledge of HTML or C++ if I opt for CSE branch in IIT?

Yes, those are included in the syllabus and will be covered mostly in the first 3 semesters.

Hi,
Computer science covers basic programing, however there are ample institutes available which offers html and C+.
