Will I get the call from any top B school with poor academics.

I have very poor academic and from the commerce background having 2 years of experience in Finance. I got 56% in X, 49% in XII and 74% in graduation.how much %tile will be required in CAT to get the call from top B schools.can anyone answer please. Thanks!

For a Top Business School, obviously 99+ percentile would be required, considering you to be a general, male individual.
