Will I get the placement as per my requirements after completing MBA ?

You can join any organization after you complete your MBA, if both you and the organization agree on that. I guess your question is directed towards the Placement Process at the college. XLRI has a very elaborate placement process similar to all top MBA schools in India. When you sit for the Placement Process you become eligible to apply for all the organizations participating in Placement Process.But, you will agree that each organization looks for a certain kind of individual for the specific job they have on offer. For example Sales & Marketing roles in most of the organizations are open for candidates with 0-2 years of experience. In case of HR roles also, there are many kinds of roles on offer and a company defines the Job Criteria based on the demands of the role, skill set and experience desired for that role. In brief, getting a job in an organization you want is possible only when they are looking for people with similar profile as you have.
