Will I have to face any problem in future if I pursue MBA? I got 55.6% in 10th (NIOS) and 48.2% in 12th and I am pursuing B.Sc IT and mgmt.

Don't develop unnecessary blocks into your mind about any course. You doing your graduation and after that surely you can go for MBA if you wish to go for it. In fact it will polish your people management skills and give a good exposure to you this bringing out the potential in you. I hope this woul
