Dear, Yes, you have to appear for JEE because through that only, you would get good colleges for B.Tech mechanical engineering and get the knowledge and right skills for the same. In M.Tech level, you have to choose specialisation like Mechatronics, robotics or you can think of aerospace too. All

Can we give B.Tech in mechanical and M.Tech in mechatronics?

Hello Arunachalam, One appears in JEE Mains with aim of getting admission in IIT or NIT. These institutions are having almost all possible branches. Take your choice after getting enough marks. Best wishes
