Hello Rohan,
You should not get too fascinated with ethical hacker as they show in movies. Most of the institutes provide just a basic fancy course under the name of ethical hacking, just to attract students and earn more.

You cannot practice it as a hobby. If you hack into a website, and you don't have required permission, you will have to face legal action. So, I don't think this can be pursued as a hobby.
As I mentioned, pursue it alongside any degree course (preferably in the field of Computer).
