IIMs do consider graduation as well as class 10th and 12th scores. Your Diploma score will not matter.
    Good luck.

IIMs are very choosy. They evaluate your candidature right from class 10th. Also, it depends on the factors like extracurricular activity participation, achievements and experience. You need to be a graduate strictly and not a Diploma holder for admission into MBA course in IIM.
