    No, absolutely not. A candidate must have passed SSC, HSC and graduate with atleast minimum percentage of 50% and above(General Category) as mentioned in the DTE brochure.

    Do you mean fresher? It would affect at some places, but if you work on projects and work on your resume, it would help. Also last time a fresher managed the highest package. Also if you have a degree so it wont affect placement.
