Will it affect my chances of getting the student visa of Canada as my aunt lives in Pakistan?

I visited Pakistan twice (19 and 12 years ago).

No, it won't as everyone has the right to travel.

Hi, how does it matter if your aunt lives in Pakistan or even if you visited the country? Please first see if you meet admission requirements, decide what to study and start applying. All international study destinations are open to citizens from all nations and backgrounds.
