No. Not at all. In First Year, you will learn Fundamental Languages like C, C+, etc. differs according to University. Don't Worry. Good Luck.

No, It will not affect your engineering in any way. If you have studied computer Science in 12 th class it just make easy for you to learn any coding language as know basic from school.

Hi, Well, no need to worry if you didn't have CS in 12th in first year you will get the basic knowledge of these C C+ JAVA. So no need to worry.
