No. Not at all. In First Year, you will learn Fundamental Languages like C, C+, etc. differs according to University. Don't Worry.

No, It will not affect your engineering in any way. If you have studied computer Science in 12 th class it just make easy for you to learn any coding language as know basic from school.

Well, no need to worry if you didn't have CS in 12th in first year you will get the basic knowledge of these C C+ JAVA. So no need to worry.
Well each and every branch in engineering is good we can't compare them. Just there are few difference like mechanical Electrical and Civil these are evergreen branches but CS ,IT and EC. have high placement records
Other then this you may also take chemical, metallurgy mechatronics, etc.
So choose suitable branch

Not at all, you will learn computer fundamentals in your very first year followed by C language, Data Structures, OOPS and then specialisation in the specific field of CSE where you want to pursue your job so don't worry! you might face some difficulty at class as others with C++/Java/Python in their 12th will already familiar with the concepts so work hard at that time and sail accordingly. -
